LM R John Wright Bedtime Christopher Robin & Winnie The Pooh 17.5 Doll & Bear

BEDTIME CHRISTOPHER ROBIN & POOH (no hat). The enchanting set was made exclusively for the 1999 Walt Disney World Doll & Teddy Bear Convention. Measuring 17 1/2 tall, Christopher is fully jointed and made of fine all-wool felt.

His face is hand painted and features a meticulously hand-knotted wig. Dressed for bed, he wears a tailored pair of pajamas made of English shirting fabric with a woven stripe and mother-of-pearl buttons. His hooded robe is made of all-wool felt with decorative perle cotton cording trim. His slippers are made of felt with leather soles and complete his charming period costume.

Winnie-the-Pooh bear is a fully jointed 7 1/2 made of custom wool coating fabric with imported glass eyes and hand-embroidered features. New, in the box, with tags, COA, registration card, envelope, info card and white cardboard box cover (to protect box in storage). The cover on the burgundy storage box has tears in two corners as a result of storage, as pictured. Most of my listed dolls/bears belonged to my friend's mom. Unfortunately, she never got the chance to do this, so these dolls and bears sat in storage for years.
